[MacGLQuake] Anybody here?

I had a chance to test v0.7 on two G4 450's with AGP Rage128 Pro cards and
both worked fine (MacOS9.04 + the latest ROM upgrade).

I did notice that the little hack I posted last week that allows 3Dfx cards
to go into fullscreen mode causes rapid screen flashing on the ATI cards (?)
- so I guess some code needs to get thrown in that checks the card's
vendor/renderer before creating the context (shouldn't be too hard to do -
I'll probably get to it this weekend)
