[MacGLQuake] MacGLQW suggestions

Here is one thing I'd like to see:

1) Somehow hack MacGLQW so it can be recognized by QFinderQW and/or
GameRanger. There's nothing worse than having to cut and paste ip's.

2) Remove the stupid 'are you sure you want to quit?' screen every time you
do it. It's not in the normal MacQW.

3) Make mouse smoother. I can't really describe it, but my mouse just feels
so much smoother in regular MacQW than MacGLQW. It's so much as to not even
use MacGLQW.

4) Ability to switch to Finder within app. MacQW currently has a menu when
you press esc in a game, which allows you to switch out of the game.
Although Macsofts implementation is very buggy.

5) Make it faster. As others have mentioned, MacGLQW is just plain slow when
your screen gets complex. There's gotta be a fix for this.
