[MacGLQuake] Non-GL macquake

Some older beige G3's (rev A) have Rage II cards (I've got two of these at
work) and I've been able to confirm that they don't get recognized as
accelerated hardware by _any_ OpenGL apps - even with 6Mb of vram.

Either way, do like Andreas said and get yourself a Voodoo2/3, you won't
regret it.
