Yes, they are not fully OpenGL-compliant, but if the OpenGL app asks for
AGL_ALL_RENDERERS, it can use the RageII too. However as you can see by running
the old Rave Quake, the RageII doesn't qualify as a 3D accelerator, it's more
of a 3D decelerator... ;)
