Hello, I posted some time ago a note saying tat I couldn't make MacGLQuake
run on my powerbook G3 with MacOS 8.6 and OpenGL 1.1.2.
I discovered two problems that prevented MacGLQuake to run:
1- OpenGl installation screwed up. I don't know why, because I've been using
OpenGL for a while and also writing small application using OpenGL. All of a
sudden I discovered that every OpenGl app I launched (including SetupGL and
the OpenGL SDK demos) quitted with some error (3 perhaps).
Solution: reinstall OpenGL.
2- the PowerBook screen is set (default) to 1024x768 pixels in millions of
colours. Setting it by hand to thousands of colors (16bpp I think) made
MacGLQuake work, both debug and full screen version.

Now the only bad thing is that it is soooo slow. :-)

Hope that this notes can help somebody else.
