I'm not sure the QuakeForge project is a good place for this port - We need
a stable, fast, bug-free Mac port as a base - then people can do whatever
they want with it (like join one of the many Win/Linux projects on the go).

I haven't touched the QW stuff myself, but it sounds like the PCX loader is
broken (or more accurately; not 'fixed'). I'll look into it, but can't make
any promises - I'm still very much in the learning stages when it comes to
C.
