[MacGLQuake] Can someone help me get it to compile?

Hey, could someone give me directions on getting 0.7 to compile?

A walkthrough would be VERY helpful.  I've downloaded everything that is
necessary, but I keep getting the "cant find file: GL/glu.h" errors and
such...
