[MacGLQuake] Can someone help me get it to compile?

Depends on where you put it, but generally yes. It's always safest to point
directly to ...OpenGL:Headers: and ...OpenGL:Libraries: as two seperate
access paths in the 'System Paths' field. (You should also add
...OpenGL:Headers:GL: if you used the the little hack I previously
mentioned).
