I am, sort of. I still enjoy working on my Dr Who mod and enhancing the QuakeC code and the tools I use with it.

I'll make my usual offer here: I have info about the MacQuake preferences file that could be useful, MacQFE uses the prefs file to set the command line and the number of players (IIRC the only two preferences retained outside of the config files). The data structure's pretty simple, if you or anyone wants it, let me know.

It looks pretty ugly to me too (I prefer Java to Objective-C for OOP work) but OSX seems to work best with it and it's a very powerful API. If only the documentation were better...
